The CPOA Officer Positions up for nomination are:
Vice President
Duties:
a. In the absence of the President, assume all duties and responsibilities of the president.
b. Serve as a special advisor to all committees.
Treasurer
Duties:
a. Be responsible for opening and maintaining a commercial checking account.
b. Maintain past and current monetary records of transactions of CPOA funds.
c. Be responsible for acceptance and disbursement of all assets and liabilities accrued by the CPOA.
d. Report to the members of the CPOA the financial status of the treasury at all meetings of the CPOA.
e. Maintain a current listing of all CPOA members.
f. Procure flowers and gifts per ARTICLE V.
Secretary
Duties:
a. In the absence of the President and Vice President, assume all duties and responsibilities of the President.
b. Record minutes of CPOA meeting and maintain a master record.
c. Prepare correspondence necessary to carry out the business of the CPOA.
d. Post a copy of each meeting’s minutes in the CPO Club.
